Thomas Jefferson Machamer was an American cartoonist and illustrator known especially for his drawings of glamorous women. He did the comics page entitled Gags and Gals. He illustrated books and cartoons for many popular humor magazines up until his death. He also wrote and acted in a series of short comedy films in the 1930s.
